The interview process was very good until it was with Product Management & Design Colleagues. Including the Senior Director of Product Management. If you are a core Product Management guy then you can easily crack all the interview sessions when they are related to product management. My only negative experience came in when it was with 2 Engg Managers who tried to grill me with multiple prioritization questions from every angle and i tried answering all of them in the best way i can being straight forward and as a colleague of Engg team supporting them but i believe they were not interested and wanted hands on coding experience which was not mentioned in the JD on qualifications nor did the HR mention it. So if its Engg round here in Micro focus for a Product Manager, i suggest to watch out for what questions they are asking as they intend to show that they are the ones who are actually hiring and not PM team.

Excellent treatment and care and concern for finding the right "fit" for the position. The team validated my concerns and had great responses. The hiring manager explained the product processes at MF and wanted to know what I thought. I felt very taken-care of.
