You start off with a group interview, afterwards, you'll take a wonderlic test, and a character test. Implying both go well, you'll have a personal interview. If that goes well, welcome to Micro Center.

Entretien
They called me first. Then I came in for an interview which lasted about 10min then took 2 tests. A timed IQ test and a personality test (“have you ever been late before?” if you answer anything other than no, it’s an auto fail). Then if the GM is there, you talk to him. If he’s not there, you get a 2nd interview.

Entretien
They interview you twice. One for the initial Interview where they ask questions on your technical expertise. Once that is finished they make you take three tests, those tests are to measure your technical background with computers, networking etc... The second Interview is the Job offer.
