After applying online, they call you and ask for an in person interview (asking standard questions) along with 3 assessments: a personality test, general knowledge, and a computer knowledge test.This takes about 45-60 minutes. They said they would call back in a couple of days. They called me back in 15 minutes. I'm assuming if you do really well, you're pretty much guaranteed. They bring you back in for a final interview with a GM and that's more of a formality in the hiring process.
