I applied for the Build Your Own salesman position in January 2014. Due to store opening delays, I was not hired until March. The process itself would not have been long if not for the delays, so that was unique only to my experience. Two 1 on 1 interviews, drug and background checks, and that's all.

Hiring was a bit of a bait-and-switch, as I applied for a salaried position with benefits in Systems Sales. I was offered (and I accepted) a seasonal commission-based sales associate position in the Build-Your-Own department, with no benefits. The process itself was quick and efficient, from the initial phone call to the first (and only) interview, to the background check and drug test.
