The interview process was quite easy. I got connected to the Manager through a mutual friend and she asked more about me and my work ethic and if I had any experience with the various equipment. Obviously I had run a lawn mower prior to that but after getting the job there was a lot of equipment I had never used. The employees and management are more than happy to teach you and are very patient if you show the dedication.
