Roughly 5 months process in total with little clarity along the way. Multiple phone interviews, zoom interviews, and a half day on site interview. This also included multiple informal phone calls and emails between interviews to build that relationship. Each official step had weeks in between. After my onsite interview that went very positively according to them, they ghosted for over 2 months before sending me an automated rejection. You are expected to commit a lot of time to this process with very little respect for your own schedule, especially in the lack of transparency designed around their own convenience at the expense of yours.
