The guy lies, says references won't be contacted after you fill out the reference form, then, lo and behold, as soon as you hit the submit button, the references are contacted. He expresses no remorse that supervisors in your current job are contacted, and then you discover you're not even qualified for the position he pushed on you in the first place. Forced to talk to his buddy about the same things already discussed, like ad nauseum. Just a horrific waste of time!
