While there are a ton of content at and caring people who work for this organization, the management and “higher ups” are disorganized and completely unaware of what the workers are faced with every day. They place an unbelievable amount of handwritten paperwork on each employee and ask them to track and document so many things that it’s literally impossible setting everyone up for failure. This also takes away from the true mission of helping the children and family’s in the program. Another broken system.
