Entretien
There was a group interview where I interacted with the other applicants through activities. There were current RAs in the room observing the group interactions. (I've gone back as an observer/interviewer. The goal isn't really to see how well you complete the given group task but rather to see how well you work in a team setting. Don't interrupt, talk over other people and dominate the conversation.) There was also a one on one interview with a current RA and a Resident Director. It was mostly getting to know you questions and some behavioral questions.

General questions about yourself, and about student health, safety, and quality experience. Make sure you talk about how you can include students and make them feel at home. Definitely prepare before hand.

Entretien
Meet with a current resident director and they ask how you would respond in various situations. They aim to get a sense of how you handle stressful situations and how you interact with others.
First there was a group interview where you rotated through different situations to see how you reacted in specific situations relating to the position. Then there was an individual interview with a Resident Director and current Resident Assistant from a randomly assigned building.
