Entretien
The interview process involved three interviews with varying levels of staff, each about an hour long. I was offered the job within a few hours of my final interview and had a contract in hand within a day.

Question 1
The third interview was my presentation of two case assignments (full marketing strategies and plans) that I had a week to complete. It was grueling, but I enjoyed doing it. I probably spent more time than most on it (~60hrs in a week on top of my job). The assignment is a little easier now (one case and some other lighter tasks).

Entretien
Lengthy and in-depth, but also respectful and smart. The CEO was patient and flexible with scheduling since I had another job at the time I was interviewing. I had several interviews with several team members. I was also asked to create a sample marketing plan and sample email newsletter to prove that I had both tactical and strategic skills to offer.
