Standard questions regarding past responsibilities at other offices, project tasks, skill sets and extent of involvement in each item shown in portfolio. Sometimes multiple interviews will take place with different levels of staff per experience level.

I had 2 rounds of interviews that were overall very standard. They did like to see more of the technical side of things and discuss capabilities for computer programs. It did take a while to coordinate time to meet and follow up.
