I had a video interview with the recruiter named Melissa and then submitted some videos answering other questions as well. I also submitted a letter of recommendation from my pastor. The final interview was in Seattle in some conference rooms at a hotel. It was split into two sessions with different groups. One was HR, Melissa, and the Vice Principal. The other was the heads of each of the departments at each campus.

After filling out the online submission, I was given two weeks to submit a few reference letters, including one from a church authority. I was then contacted for a one-way online interview (I recorded myself answering questions) through SparkHire; after that was a "two-way" or personal online interview with the US recruiter, and finally after that I was invited to the in-person interview in Seattle with the full interview team. The in-person interviews are all done together in batches, once or twice per year.
