I applied for the internship the summer before the start of the fall semester. I believe there is a deadline which is on their website. Before the person to person interview there was an exchange of emails between me and the person who would be looking out for me. During the person to person interview I answered some questions and was given a tour of the museum which I still think is a pretty amazing place. On the same day I got the internship.
