I was contacted to set up a phone interview. Within the next couple of weeks, they asked to do a zoom interview for 2 hours. Within the next week and a half, they made an offer.

They wanted to know my work experience, projects I've worked on at school, and at work. They also wanted to get to know me better and have meaningful conversations rather than the typical situational interview questions.
