You start off with a simple test in MicroStation at an employee's desk. You are given a simple drawing on paper and are asked to create that using MicroStation. You are given all of the elements to complete the test. 30 minute test. After that was over I met with with the VP of the company. He explained the type of work and salary/benefits. No questions were asked about my courses or work history. The VP did most of the talking and asked if I had any questions at the end of his speech about the company. After that the interview was complete. Background: I interviewed as a mechE senior during the final semester before obtaining my bachelor's. I had used MicroStation at a previous internship. They saw my resume on monster and called me to set up the interview.
