After you apply and your application is selected you will have to complete pre-employment testing and pass before being eligible for a face to face interview. The tests are very simple it’s multiple choice and consist of 9th grade level Reading and English. Once you pass you will have an interview with 3 people at once. It’s very laid back so don’t be intimidated, they will basically ask your availability and why should they hire you. You will also be shown a short story for a brief time and asked what you read about. After the interview you will then complete a physical test with the work equipment you will utilize on a daily basis.
