Took 3-4 months from date of submission. Called in for a 1-1 interview with 3 panels asking questions. Backgrounds they wanted someone with strong Access skills and Excel. They were fairly okay

1 phone screening + 1 panel + 1 additional on-site interview. The whole process takes more than 3 months, so be patient with the long process. Don't have other advice about the process, because it's easy questions.
