I received an email after 2 months of sending the application. After a phone interview I got a second email to schedule a 1:1 interview. When I got there it happened to be a group interview (with 3 people). Each of them ask different questions from a script and they all took notes. Questions were the usual (strengths, weaknesses, previous experience) and some exercise questions. Overall I did pretty good. They said they will let me know the decision. After more than 2 months and after a couple of emails, the HR contact said they decided not to fill the position
