I was contacted two days before the interview. I did the interview online and was interviewed by a senior manager and another senior advisor. The questions were super generic - considering that this is a senior role. There was no HR involved and the interviewers seemed to be distracted and trying to cut the interview short. It almost seem they already had someone in mind and were following HR process.

I interviewed with HR first and then had an interview with two managers. The questions were mostly behavorial and situation questions. After the interview, they totally ghosted me with no clarification on whether or not I got the job.
