Initial informal discussion over Teams. I was then asked to complete a personality questionnaire, to prepare a presentation and to meet for a face to face interview. Unfortunately, I never received any feedback after the interview. This is very disappointing, especially after preparing a presentation with 48 hours notice and driving 40 minutes for the interview.
