I interviewed with 6 different people. Interviews lasted anywhere from 1-5hrs. Often times I arrived before interview time and had to wait for interviewer. On one occasion after waiting over 45mins despite telling them this wouldn’t work for my schedule I had to be rescheduled. They then after all the interviews told me based on my skill set they were creating a position for me. I submitted for background check that took months and was a bit intrusive and harassing. I was asked about a stop sign violation from over 10yrs ago. After constant follow up no one bothered to reach out and say they decided to go with an inside candidate for a position they “created” for me. TERRIBLE and demeaning experience. Especially for a new Mom in the middle of a pandemic. I am still waiting for answers as to why this took place.
