Written test on objective flight knowledge, full motion simulator evaluation both VFR and IFR, face to face interview about with questions about yourself, flight situations, and an explaination of the company.

First was a meet and greet with the owner with a casual conversation and talking about the company. Then onto the flight interview portion assessing basic flight skills and IIMC. Next was the interview with the Chief Pilot and HR, proceeded by a tour of the facility.
