It took about two – three month. First, we had a Skype interview with three team members that took about 60 min. We were talking mainly about process and projects. Mood was good and I was confident to move forward. About one month later I had a full day of interviews at their office meeting all possible peers and meeting a significant part of the team. After that day another about six weeks passed until I was asked for references.
