I was called in to interview and told I'd meet the VP of Finance, the COO, and possibly the CEO. I was asked to budget at least 1.5 hours for the interview and did so. I arrived for my time slot and was taken into the conference room immediately and had no wait before the VP came in. It ended up taking 2 hours total, but that was because I met with the CEO at the end which took the extra time. I was prepared for that and didn't mind.
