      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Metadata Technologies (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2018

      Entretien

      The interview was pretty smooth, the interviewer was looking for attitude, approch and morale. Did not expect me to know everything. Seemed more like a leader than a boss. HR experience was not pleasent. Made me skeptical about the management. Frugal in terms of package offered. HR communications are equivocal. Expected Rs.X per month on hand, told me the maximum on hand they can offer is 2K less than expected and calls me up 4 days later and says 4K less than expected is final offer. When offer letter was mailed I noticed Saturdays are working with no comp off or compensatory allowances. Doubt of maintaining work life balance. But I think you can learn tricks of the trade quickly here.

Metadata always focusses on providing fair compensation to its team members, as we are a company that believes in the ideology that, all relationships must be a win – win situation for all. The same applies for remuneration as well. Remunerations are decided taking into consideration the relevant experience, skills match, potential, market standards, tier etc. The request placed from your end to devise a salary compensation based on the number of working days is not possible due to our company policy. Changing the policy for one member would be compromising our standards. The offer placed to you was revoked purely based on the confidence that you have all the potential to grow up your career ladder in a different company and environment. Wishing you all success ahead.
