4 rounds of interview with HR, fellow specialist, another fellow and finally the country manager. The process was smooth, well-coordinated with Singapore HR team. Gives flexible options for interview scheduling and accommodates the candidate in every way

Market specific questions like trends, usage, etc. Also asked about country political situation. One of the questions was "What if your government requests private user data from you? What would you do?"
5 interviews, consisting of an HR interview, Hiring Manager, and a 3-part loop interview that covers operations knowledge, project management experience, and culture fit. Interviewers were generally agreeable and the questions regarding operations and culture fit were simple. There was also a short language test if you're hiring for a specific market.

Overall It was a positive experience. The recruiter was very friendly, explained the role in detail, and answered all my questions. The first interview was easy, the second one was slightly more difficult but they give you some time to prepare for it. I had to stop the recruiting process because I had another job offer.
