The guy I had my interview with was awful. His English was bad and he was rude. Unfortunately I think it is down to luck as to whether you get someone with bad people skills and I guess I drew the short straw!
His English was bad which really ruined the interview. The question he asked was quite simple - given two start times and two end times how do you know if they overlap. What wasn't simple is finding out what he wanted me to do! It was on the phone so no screen sharing, so was I supposed to write code or just tell him? All he kept saying was "how would write that API". There were a lot of long silences in this interview and I tried to end it after about 20 minutes. He said let's carry on if you're still awake.
This was a bad representation of Facebook since I've interviewed there once before and it was awesome. This guy though, he ruined it. I wouldn't want to work this guy, I imagine it'd be a nightmare.
