I have 20 years of experience in industry and I was interviewed by someone who looked really young may be just 3-4 years out of college. This really didn’t made sense to me, not that there was any issues with interviewer but then interview just became expecting answers from book and not from experience

Got a call from a recruiter, passed the screening then moved on to speak with the hiring manager. The conversation went well and I was scheduled to speak with another member on the team - that's when things went dark. For two weeks I didn't hear anything from the recruiter who was facilitating the interview, no response to any of my followup emails. To this day I still don't know what happened. Well, guess I was simply ghosted.

Had a great discussion with the hiring manager in the first stage, seemed to be aligned on position and hiring needs. Oddly did not move on to next round of interviews.
Screening with HR recruiter Behavioral with hiring manager Panel interview: 4 interviews with colleagues aimed at understanding how I work and my intuition regarding how things work at Meta Most of the questions were STAR based and very few technical ones
