One of the most well-coordinated interview processes I’ve experienced so far. Everything was very streamlined - they have a full interviewing portal for candidates, and you’re free to prep at your own leisure. My recruiter was one of the kindest and most enthusiastic recruiters I’ve ever had; really made me excited about Meta. There was even an option for a mock interview, which was helpful. The tech screen (45m) was very straightforward, with a manager who reminded me of Mark Zuckerberg. They jumped straight into the questions, done in an environment with no ability to run the code. There were 2 questions - the second question (dealing a binary tree) was quite difficult if you haven’t seen it before. It took me a while to understand, but it can be found online.
