First very basic HR Screening, followed up by the Hiring Manager's Behavioural screening. Later on they sent a pair coding test, informing me that the code execution is not the concern when compared to way of thinking etc.. There were 5 questions, including data modeling, SQL and some basic algorithms. I remember getting stuck at an algorithms question due to Python syntax, and the interviewer helping me out a bit. The rest of the questions were answered with correctly executing state. Couple of days later I got a thank you call from the HR, stating that I was not able to solve all of the questions. Developer's mindset evaluation for a managerial position.
