Overall, the interview process was fairly straightforward and started with a recruiter phone screen then proceeds to VC interviews and then to onsite interviews at Facebook Headquarters in Menlo Park, CA. The VC interviews focus on "product sense" (e.g., having you take ambiguous information and walking through how to develop a product from it) and "execution" (e.g., uncovering how you would make things happen through prioritization).
