J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta (New York, NY) en déc. 2018

I met the recruiter at the career fair. We setup a phone call interview the following week. Recruiter was responsive and helpful.
The phone call interview was with a software engineer and lasted about an hour. She not was helpful at all. We immediately started coding at the start of the phone call. She gave me a question rated hard on leetcode. It was a fair question, but the interviewer gave no help or input throughout my approach of the problem. She was silent and I had to explain to her what BFS and DFS was. It seemed like she did not know the answer to her own algorithm question.
My advice to interviewers: please do not ask coding questions if you do not know how to solve them yourself.
There were an excessive amount of rounds with a high difficulty of questions for a new grad role. Everyone I spoke too was very friendly though! Study hard and you may be okay.
Asked me two leetcode hard style questions and I knew it was over for me. Interviewer was nice and tried to guide me along the right path but the question just wasnt clicking with me.

Tech were basic LC questions mostly from Meta tagged
Behavioral was also standard tell me about a time questions and deep dive into a project. A tech person was taking my behavioral, so went deep into why I used that tech and similar questions
