I was contacted by a recruiter from Facebook. I did not apply for this job, but they found my resume from a different job I applied to at Facebook. I had a quick 20 minute conversation with the recruiter to learn more about the position. The next step was a video conference interview with someone on the team. Unfortunately they do not provide feedback as to why you don't make it on to the next round.
