My experience with Facebook recruitment was very good. I applied through their careers page and got an email from a recruiter no more than 10 minutes later. I was sent a link to an online quiz that had questions related to the role I was applying for. After my response the recruiter scheduled a quick call. I then went on to do two 45 minute online coding interviews with two different engineers from Facebook. Both interviews where very pleasant and relaxed, the questions where not too difficult at start but then became more complex. The people that interviewed me were very friendly and reasonable, it did not feel like they where testing me (even though they did) but rather like we where evaluating my fit for the role together. After my interviews I was very uncertain of how I did. The recruiter called me and informed me that they wanted me on the team and they gave me an offer. Facebook has been very friendly, present and helpful at all steps in the recruitment.
