Entretien
- Applied through a referral, received email the next working day to schedule a phone screen.
- On the day of the screen, recruiter did not call me. Followed up a couple of times in the week, no response.
- Asked my "referrer" to follow-up, the recruiter finally responded saying that they are no longer conducting interviews. (I had applied a week before application close deadline, unclear why they scheduled a phone screen in the first place then).
- HR also said that they will communicate this update to me, but it has been more than a week and I have not heard anything.
Written essay application. Then first round was case and analytical. The last round was leadership & drive, case, and analytical. Do your research on Meta products especially for the analytical and product design questions!
Initial first round interviews entail two technical interviews (Analytical Thinking and Product Sense)
Full loop or final round interviews entail three interviews (Analytical Thinking, Product Sense, and Leadership & Drive)
You'll also have the opportunity to connect with past RPM's or other Meta employees to ask questions about the program or interview preparation.
