I was referred by a friend. The recruiter contacted me roughly after a week, and set me up for the first round of interviews. The first round was Product Sense and Execution. I did not perform very well on the Product Sense interview, and was asked to do a follow up interview. After passing the follow up interview, I did the final round, which was comprised of three 45 minutes interviews on Leadership, Product Sense, and Execution. The whole interview process was pleasant. The recruiter was very responsive and helped me a lot prepare for the interview. Definitely prepare for the questions on Glassdoor!

The process began with an initial recruiter phone screen focused on my background, product experience, and interest in Meta. This was followed by a series of virtual interviews covering product sense, analytical thinking, execution, and behavioral questions. Interviewers asked me to work through product design scenarios, discuss how I would prioritize competing opportunities, define success metrics, and describe examples of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. The final round consisted of multiple back-to-back interviews with product managers and cross-functional partners. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and challenging. The interviewers were engaged and provided clear expectations for each interview.
