Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta (Menlo Park, CA) en janv. 2026
Entretien
It was standard - initial screen followed by a PM phone round which was basically a mix of product sense and execution; was conversational btw but i guess they want to know how your structure your thoughts. Onsite was 3 rounds - Product sense, Produce execution,m and leadership. and then a hiring manager chat. Product sense revolved around business cases, user pain points, and tradeoffs - they really push you to think long and deep. Execution was very metrics heavy and all about how you prioritize stuff. Behavioral was very predictable and standard. I realized thinking out loud is huge because they care more about your reasoning than the right answer. Was recommended to try a mock by an ex colleague and ended up booking one on Prepfully with ex Meta PM before the onsite and that honestly helped me not ramble as much, especially for the execution and metrics stuff. Reddit was also very helpful ngl. Each round is 45 mins btw - so prep a bit to keep a check on the time while arriving at a solution. Also i’d say make yourself extremely familiar with meta’s products - they ask a lot!
Interview process was fairly straightforward. Recruiters are super helpful in getting you prepared for whats to come. Interviews got scheduled fairly fast, so having the momentum is great. Each interview only lasted about 30 minutes. from start to finish it took about 1 month
A multi-stage interview process that typically includes screening, technical and/or case assessments, and conversations with different stakeholders to evaluate both your skills and how well you’d work with the team and the role.
Multiple rounds across product, engineering, and business leaders. Long cycle and many situational questions..."how would you respond.." many questions about specific prior experiences in handling challenges, frictions, leadership. Be prepared for lengthy process
