The worst interviewing process that I have ever been through. I met them at a conference that I was attending. I study a more finance-based major but they had their sales person there. He assured me that he could get my information over to the correct department, but he just wanted to speak with me more to get to know me and make sure I’m a good fit. He also told me he was interested in me for a sales role, but I let him know that I was only looking for the financial route. Well, after interviewing me, he let me know that I will probably be bored and insurance but he still interested in me. I again let him know that I am only interested in finance-based roles. Later on, when thanking him via email for speaking with me and asking him again to get me a contact with the finance department, he told me that’s his department and that I should just go online and apply. Why would you waste my time screening me just to tell me to go online? It seems like he was only interested in his own recruits and didn’t care about the company overall. I would never apply to work here again
They will make you feel comfortable. The process is into different stages and you have to ace all before you can get the job. The only complex part is the oral stage.

Productive, spend more than 1 hour with hiring manager. Discuss a lot on job description and work culture. Good person to talk and transparent. Modern office environment and comfortable place to work.

Easy basic questions. Only downside is that it's like working on commission. Interviewee was nice and professional but in this role they dont give you any leads you have to start from .
