J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez MetLife (Aurora, IL) en déc. 2013
Entretien
My experience was a bit unique because I was recruited for a position through an employee I already knew well. She asked me to apply and come in because she thought my previous experience would make me a good fit. There were two interviews, but the first was barely an interview. A recruiter called me to discuss availability, employment history, salary expectations, etc. She did not ask any remotely difficult questions. About a week later, I had a second in-person interview with the hiring manager. This one was a bit more difficult, but I wasn't asked anything unusual or crazy. The interviewer was polite and professional, though she told me weeks later that she was upset that I didn't wear a full suit. I interviewed at a Met office and the whole thing took about 45 minutes. I only talked to one person while I was there.

Applied online and received initial phone screen from recruiter on behalf of the recruiting manager. A second phone screen followed by another manager who then forwarded to another manager which resulted in 2 additional in person interviews/panels. A few weeks went by and I received a generic email from the recruiting manager that began with, "Dear (insert name here)" stating I was not selected. About 10 minutes later, I received the exact same email only this one included my name.
