The interview process was pretty structured. The typical questions were asked - although I did very well answering all the questions, the interviewer almost choked when I told her what my salary was with my former company. I guess I was over qualified for the job. There was not even a hint of a counter offer. I never r eally got a clear answer why I was not chosen for the job so I figured it was based on my previous salary. Actually, I would have settled for the lower salary - even though it was several thousand dollars than I was making but they never gave me a chance to tell them what I was willing to accept.

Painful - lots of short 30 minute or less interviews face to face; Only had time for 3 or 4 questions from the interviewer before the time was up; each took half a day of my time to drive there, wait, and drive back only to be told I would be a better fit for another group and they want to interview me months from now.

Entretien
First, there are two phone screens with the 3rd party recruiting team. If you are a good match for the position, you are then set up for a phone call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager then sets up a time for you to meet 1:1 along with 2 or 3 other team members.
