You will most probably be started off with an online interview, which is just you recording yourself answering some super basic behavioral questions. Then if they like you they will suggest to fly you out to New Jersey, and they will put you in a great hotel. You'll get the chance to meet students from many different schools and backgrounds. The interview process if described in three words would be humble, interactive and diverse. It is an all day event for good reason, you will be learning a lot about the company and different positions. I think at this moment I am an expert about how the development program works. On top of that they teach you about a lot of the things you need to know when starting off a job, salary, 401 K and even talk about moving benefits. In between all these information seminars you will have your interview, an hour seemed really short for me since I had a lot on my resume and the commercial track had an incredibly experienced panel. Although, I had the sense that halfway through the questions, the panel began asking me about my life, I sometimes feel like that puts you on the spot however, with this panel it seemed so natural. They genuinely cared to get to know me more than just my work experiences. You will meet a wide range of people here, people from a lot of different back grounds. There was even a lady who had been in producing television and she was so non nonchalantly telling us this story, "Hey yes no big deal I just had a major career change and am still killing it". I definitely enjoyed their humility, another interesting activity you will see is lunch time, many senior managers were having lunch in between the interviewees, as if you were in a high school cafeteria, and all the teachers were not afraid of breaking barriers. This was very different from what I am used to. At the end though it is definitely an enjoyable interview, I wish more of a tour was provided, of the work spaces because I definitely needed to stretch my legs a bit, but it was a cold day so maybe not the best idea for most people? Nevertheless, great company if you get the opportunity definitely interview. The job description on paper does not do justice to the amazing people you are going to meet. Their staff is skilled and knowledgeable about todays world. They know how the younger generation thinks and knows how to communicate with them properly. This is why I would not hesitate to work here. I am still waiting to hear back.
