Phone interview with hiring manager, then 2 video interviews (one with hiring manager and an engineer on the team, one with another engineer and a manufacturing manager). Asked a lot about past experience, light technical questions, maybe one or two behavioral questions but nothing difficult.
Nice team, sounded like a laid back place to work. Something to note, the position I applied for was in the instrument manufacturing department (not the high-volume injection molding department. This would also explain why the job description was not directly correlated to the requirements of the role).
Ended up declining due to relatively low salary, 401k was eh (if you put in 6% they match 3%), and tuition assistance seemed to be a large hassle.
Overall a positive process, but the HR department seemed disconnected from the hiring department, making things somewhat confusing, mainly how the job description did not match the role requirements.
