I went through several rounds of interviews for a position at this company, and while the process was comprehensive, I felt that it was overly long for a company of this size. The stages, including an intro call with HR, a case study, a "day in the life" session, a passion interview, a formal consulting interview, and a final partner interview, felt like a bit much.
During the process, there were some red flags. The vibe was off — many conversations felt superficial, with an emphasis on positives and a lack of open discussion about any challenges or negatives. I also spoke with a former employee who recommended I stay away, which aligned with my own impression of the company.
Ultimately, I felt that the long interview process wasn’t worth the effort given the concerns I had about the company’s culture and work environment.

I applied online and had a recruiter reach out to me for an interview. The interview itself went well and following this I was asked to complete a financial modeling case study. I worked extremely hard on the case and documented my thought process well. After submitting my case to the recruiter I was told I would get an email confirming receipt and that they would evaluate my work and contact me with next steps. I never received a confirmation email, I emailed the recruiter to follow up and confirm it was received and being evaluated and still got no response. Finally, I got a typical rejection email. I would not advise spending time and effort applying to this firm. The company website states one of their core values is communication which is ironic.
