During the process, there were some red flags. The vibe was off — many conversations felt superficial, with an emphasis on positives and a lack of open discussion about any challenges or negatives. I also spoke with a former employee who recommended I stay away, which aligned with my own impression of the company. Ultimately, I felt that the long interview process wasn’t worth the effort given the concerns I had about the company’s culture and work environment.
