Sent resume through Craigslist, received a email invitation to a in-person interview within a week. Comfortable interview in the middle of the garden shop. Met with a manager and the owner and talked about personality and work habits. Learned about the various jobs available to do at a garden center. Got a email about a month later offering a job on the first day of spring from the scheduling person. Accepted the offer and began work about two weeks after that when the weather finally cleared up.
