Never got to a human interview. But it’s pretty telling that it’s discriminatory based on having to do pre-interview recordings. It’s almost like you can better gauge what a person can do within a 90 second time limit vs a more structured interview. But oh well I’m not surprised considering it’s Upstate NY.
