Submitted resume online, took about a week or two for the recruiter to reach out. 1st call was with the recruiter, nothing out of ordinary. 2nd call included a round of VPs and directors. 3rd call included a presentation. Not much info on what you should present. During the presentation, I received 0 feedback and then an email about them not moving forward. Aside from not getting a proposal, it felt like this process could have been handled with much more grace. It also felt like they are fishing for "free ideas".
