The process starts with an online test followed by three rounds. All the rounds are case study based. They won't ask about any of your work experience. Case studies are generally similar to CAT DI problems. However, I strongly recommend if you are an experienced professional, dont consider interviewing with Merilytics. My current compensation was 15LPA and on my first call with HR made it clear that I won't take a pay cut, she said that isn't an issue. I cleared all the rounds and in the end of the final round, the interviewer shamelessly told me that your salary expectation is beyond our bracket would you be able to lower it down. Wow! that's great, wait till the final round, let the candidate invest his efforts, and then tell him that your expectations are beyond the bracket. Better to run away from such a firm. I would strongly recommend not considering Merilytics as your career option especially if you are experienced professional and already working. All the negative reviews on glassdoor are correct.
