Very friendly! I went in at sat in the waiting room and immediately saw how family oriented this company was! Everyone was friendly and I could see that customer service was there main goal!

As I recall, there was a relatively short phone interview, and then an in-person interview with the center director, which was rather formal in nature, along with a typing test.

Once you fill out the application and upload your resume you must complete a Talent assessment before you will receive an interview. The assessment may take 45 minutes to an hour. Make sure you have time to complete it.
