Worst interview I've ever been on. The senior position in charge of the interview had me interview through video conference. The weird thing was that I was expected to keep my camera on while he had his off. So the whole interview, I was staring at myself and a black box. He didn't even try to make the interview engaging, and it felt like I had to keep the interview going.
