Someone from HR reached out to me by email to schedule a phone interview a few days after applying. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. The interview was personable and I was asked typical interview questions. If you do well on the phone interview, you’ll be asked to complete an assessment. If you pass the assessment you will be scheduled for a Zoom interview. It’s a panel interview with different department heads. Once I was initially contacted the entire process took approximately 1-2 weeks.
